Perform Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis using industry standard tools and software. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate NGS assays and protocols. Conduct quality control and assurance measures to ensure accurate and reliable results. Troubleshoot technical issues related to NGS experiments and data analysis. Participate in the development and optimization of new NGS assays and technologies. Keep up-to-date with advancements in NGS technology and contribute to the improvement of existing protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation of experimental procedures and results. Collaborate with other team members to interpret and communicate complex NGS data to stakeholders. Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory. Support and contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives related to NGS technology and precision medicine. Stay updated with relevant regulations and standards for NGS technology and ensure compliance. Present research findings at conferences and meetings to share knowledge and expertise with the scientific community. Train and mentor junior team members on NGS experimental techniques and data analysis. Contribute to the writing and publishing of scientific papers and reports related to NGS technology and research. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies necessary for NGS experiments. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and implement new NGS technologies and workflows. Continuously evaluate and improve NGS processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, motivation, and dedication to the company's mission and goals.
