The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor, capable of resolving complex client inquiries while delivering a world-class customer experience. You should be comfortable navigating CRM systems, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards. You will play a key role in building customer trust, driving retention, and delivering a seamless service experience, helping clients confidently navigate their insurance needs. Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities • High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems • Basic to intermediate computer skills (CRM, email, phone systems) • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance 2044-220 LICENSED IN GEORGIA (DESIRABLE) Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats • Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates • Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions • Support claims by providing guidance and status updates • Prevent cancellations through problem resolution and retention efforts • Manage renewals and policy reviews • Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service • Accurately document all interactions and follow compliance procedures • Maintain productivity, quality, and service level standard • Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management teams About Us Welcome to an Insurance Agency.
