Job Description
• Lead integrated marketing projects for gaming and entertainment clients across North America.
• Independently develop campaign planning proposals and presentation materials for clients.
• Manage influencer marketing and event marketing campaigns from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and seamless project execution.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
• Prepare post-campaign reports, performance recaps, and insights.
• Identify follow-up collaboration opportunities and support long-term client relationship growth.
• Stay updated on gaming, creator economy, and digital marketing industry trends.
Job Requirements
• Passion for gaming; an active interest in the gaming industry or gaming culture is required.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal communication).
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively within Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) business hours. Candidates based in Irvine, California, are strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, integrated marketing, influencer marketing, event marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to independently manage client communications and project execution.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and project management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
