We are currently looking for motivated, professional, and reliable individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Specialists. This is a commission-based sales and client-development role. This is not a door-knocking position. The role is focused on networking, social media, online lead generation, referral building, company-provided leads when available, and helping homeowners connect with the right construction and remodeling solutions. Position Overview The Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for generating, developing, and helping close residential construction and remodeling opportunities for Nivel Build Co. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, comfortable using social media, willing to leverage their personal and professional network, and motivated by performance-based earning potential. The right person does not need to be a construction expert on day one. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, coachable, self-motivated, and willing to learn our services, process, and customer experience standards. Your main responsibility will be to identify homeowners who may need construction, remodeling, repair, or home improvement services, then help guide them toward scheduling an estimate with Nivel Build Co. Responsibilities As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will: • Generate leads through your personal network, professional contacts, referrals, social media, online community groups, and local relationships • Follow up with company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner • Communicate with homeowners who may need construction, remodeling, exterior work, interior work, or repair services • Help customers understand the general process for scheduling an estimate • Promote Nivel Build Co.’s services professionally online, over the phone, and in person when appropriate • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers • Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and referral sources • Help determine whether a lead is a good fit for the company’s services • Coordinate with company leadership regarding estimate requests and customer needs • Assist with customer education by explaining services, expectations, timelines, and next steps in a simple and professional way • Build long-term customer relationships and referral opportunities • Represent Nivel Build Co. with professionalism, honesty, and reliability • Help grow the company’s reputation throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area Services You Will Help Promote Nivel Build Co. provides a wide range of residential construction and remodeling services, including: • Roofing • Siding • Exterior repairs • Decks and porches • Interior remodeling • Kitchen remodeling • Bathroom remodeling • Drywall • Flooring • Carpentry and finish work • General home repairs • Residential improvement projects • Approved plumbing, HVAC, and electrical-related project coordination when applicable What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: • Is motivated by commission-based income • Is comfortable with performance-based sales • Enjoys talking to people and building relationships • Has strong communication skills • Is comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, online community groups, and other lead-generation platforms • Can professionally represent a construction and remodeling company • Is dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up • Can work independently without being micromanaged • Is willing to learn about construction, remodeling, and home improvement services • Understands that strong sales results come from effort, consistency, professionalism, and follow-through • Wants a flexible opportunity with room to grow as the company grows Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but not required: • Sales • Customer service • Home improvement sales • Construction sales • Roofing or siding sales • Remodeling sales • Real estate • Insurance • Social media marketing • Lead generation • Business development • Referral-based sales • Networking or community-based sales Prior construction knowledge is a plus, but it is not required. Commission is earned on qualifying projects that are sold, approved, and paid according to the company’s commission structure. The more effective you are at generating leads, building relationships, following up, and helping close projects, the more you can earn.
