The Role: Client General Manager – Media & Entertainment
As a Client General Manager at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary strategic contact for our most important Media & Entertainment clients. What You'll Do
As the strategic leader of your client relationships, you will:
Develop Deep Client Understanding:
Possess an in-depth understanding of your clients' strategic objectives, key performance drivers, organizational culture, and long-term business goals. Become an extension of their team rather than just a service provider.
Drive Strategic Guidance:

Identify the unique travel needs that exist for news, sports, film, and television production environments, developing innovative solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Build Strategic Partnerships:
Establish and nurture partnerships with key business constituents across arenaflex, including Global Business Consulting, Client Services, Service Delivery, and Implementations teams.
Expand Your Influence Network:
Build a web of influence at key levels within client accounts and among affiliate studios working with your clients on specific productions.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
Understand and support the dynamic needs of entertainment travel, staying current with industry trends, emerging requirements, and evolving best practices.
Execute Strategic Planning:
Complete comprehensive strategic account plans focused on identifying groundbreaking business opportunities that enhance and optimize the customer experience.
