Client Accounts Assistant / Property Compliance Assistant (Part-Time Remote)

R12,500 – R15,000 per month depending on experience
On behalf of a client, we are looking for detail-oriented Client Accounts Assistant to join their team remotely from South Africa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property accounts experience who is looking for stable remote work with a supportive international team and long-term growth potential. The role will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position over time.
You will work closely with the business owner and wider property team, supporting both residential and commercial lettings operations across client accounts, reconciliations, arrears management and compliance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing landlord and tenant accounts
Processing rent receipts and payments
Chasing residential and commercial arrears
Processing contractor invoices
Producing landlord statements and financial reports
Assisting with service charge reconciliations
Supporting compliance administration
Handling client account queries
Requirements:
Previous property accounts experience essential
Strong reconciliation and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience within lettings/property management advantageous
Exposure to Reapit or similar property software beneficial but not essential
