About the Opportunity We are building an AI-powered RegTech platform designed to help fintech companies anticipate, interpret, and resolve cross-jurisdictional compliance risk before it becomes a business constraint. The platform continuously ingests global regulatory developments, applies advanced AI and predictive analytics, and delivers forward-looking compliance intelligence and mitigation recommendations. The objective is to replace static compliance tooling with a dynamic, scalable system built for modern financial institutions operating across borders. We are seeking a US-based CFO & Co-Founder to build the company’s financial architecture, capital strategy, and institutional credibility from inception. This role is intended for a founder-caliber finance executive who wants meaningful ownership in what they build. The right person is prepared to commit fully, help finance the journey where appropriate, and operate as a true co-founder rather than a conventional employee.
