Role Description This a part-time to full-time, fully REMOTE Certified Pharmacy Technician role is based in Arlington, TX. The Certified Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in processing and data entry of prescriptions, triaging calls and escalating as necessary according to established procedures. Responsibilities include data entry, inbound and outbound calls. The role also involves providing courteous customer service, answering questions within scope of practice, handling phone calls, and coordinating with prescribers and other healthcare staff. The technician will follow all regulatory and company policies and support workflow efficiency. **All positions are remote, include only evening, overnight and/or weekend shifts. All staff work all holidays, unless previously approved off.** Qualifications • Strong prescription processing skills, including accuracy in data entry. • Must be a self starter and able to manage time and work environment efficiently in order to meet KPIs. • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures, with experience supporting licensed pharmacists. • Hands-on experience working as a pharmacy technician in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting. • Customer service skills for working with patients, prescribers, and insurance representatives. • Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential and active state registration/licensure as required in Texas. • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy management systems. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional pharmacy-related training or coursework is beneficial.
