Your package is a negotiated amount of Founder equity until the closing of the fund-raising round or when sales generate sufficient cash flow.
No paycheck till then. Half–time is OK in this phase.

You will have responsibility for:
1) Manage the company in a fast growth trajectoty
2) Raise capital to fuel its growth
3) Develop Partnerships & Alliances
4) Create a warm, inclusive, hard working, meritocratic company culture
Interact with the CxO team, provide them with mentoring, technology leadership, and growth opportunities, rewarding team members for exceptional performance.
• Define the company strategy with intimate consultations with the other Co-Founders.
• Manage operations with agile methods that fit with the small size of the company and its big ambitions
• Track performance in order to maintain the productivity of the team. Work closely with our core team, understanding where they are finding success, and where they need work.
• Improve the datasets, tools, and products by listening to ideas from the developers, advocating for innovative ideas, and finding paths to their implementation.
• Develop a technical strategy with clear goals, obstacles, risk analysis aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Represent the company, promoting new and innovative ideas, inspire trust in the products and underlying AI that the company is building, through an active involvement across the public spaces.
• Participate in events, trade-shows, and speaking opportunities.
Qualifications
SUCCESSFULL CEO experience in tech (min 3 years)
Raised at least a seed round (1 M$ min) & executed successfully on it.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
MBA or other business related topic is very welcome.
Solid skills in AI, software development.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment
Solution driven thinking
Comfortable with working remotely, at least partially
