The ideal candidate will bring a strong client-centric mindset, a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives, and an enterprise-wide perspective across WSP's diverse business lines.
Requirements
- A strong leadership profile within your regional business and local markets for digital
- Ability to win work & contribute to others winning work across the CE/EMEIA region
- Qualification in relevant subjects at graduate level, relevant professional accreditation(s), and 10+ years' experience in digitally related fields
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive client satisfaction through excellence in digital delivery
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex ideas and information in clear and simple ways and secure shared understanding and buy-in
- Proven leadership skills and experience in influencing and building relationships, including with senior stakeholders and technical subject matter experts
- A collaborative, agile, and results-oriented approach
- Experience working at a national level or within a business of comparative scale and complexity
