Love turning data into insights? As a Category Analyst, you'll help shape product strategy, support category growth, and uncover opportunities that drive sales and customer engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys analytics, market trends, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced CPG environment.
What You Will Do
Analyze customer, category, and market data to support pricing, promotions, assortment, and shelving recommendations
Assist with new product launches and help evaluate category and brand performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business decisions
Support the development of marketing and sales plans through data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in category management, marketing, analytics, or related internships preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively across teams
Eagerness to learn and grow within category management and CPG
