Campaign Manager

Through 4Minds’s automated data pipeline and proprietary knowledge graph, enterprises can connect all their data sources, including Microsoft, Databricks, AWS and Google, creating adaptive AI that surpasses the capabilities of conventional RAG-based systems.    Role Overview  We're hiring a Campaign Manager to own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across 4minds. This is a high-execution, data-informed role for someone who thrives on building repeatable programs, hitting pipeline targets, and keeping campaigns moving across multiple channels simultaneously. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to ensure every campaign is tightly aligned to business goals and driving measurable results.    Key Responsibilities  Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, events, and webinar channels  Own email marketing and nurture programs including build, test, optimize, and report on performance  Drive webinar promotion from concept through post-event follow-up, in coordination with content and product marketing  Activate event campaigns including pre-show outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event lead follow-through  Manage marketing automation platform execution including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and routing  Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards to track performance, pipeline contribution, and optimization opportunities  Partner closely with sales to ensure lead handoff quality, SLA adherence, and feedback loops are in place  Coordinate with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging and assets are on-brand and persona-relevant    Required Qualifications  3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing at a B2B start-up company Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)  Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines  Analytical mindset with comfortable pulling reports, interpreting data, and making optimization decisions  Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside sales and marketing teams  Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where you're building process, not just following it  Must be located in the United States; this is a remote role open to candidates across all U.S. time zones    Preferred Qualifications  Experience in AI, SaaS, data analytics, or enterprise technology marketing  Experience supporting field events and trade show campaign activation  Knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot, and how marketing and sales data connect  Experience building campaign reporting frameworks from scratch    Compensation  Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually  Bonus Eligible  Annual merit-based salary reviews  Competitive equity package      Benefits  Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (80% employer-paid)  401(k) plan with company match  Unlimited PTO policy with 10 days minimum  11 paid company holidays    Professional Development  Annual training and certification budget  Access to online learning platforms  Conference attendance opportunities  Regular internal technical workshops and knowledge sharing sessions    Work Environment  High-performance workstations  Monthly team events and learning sessions  Collaborative environment fostering innovation and teamwork    Process  We like to be efficient but do our due diligence.
