Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth in IoT and Digital Engineering services. This is a business development role focused on client managment, new logo acquisition, strategic deal shaping, and expanding footprint across key industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end business development for IoT & Digital Engineering services across target accounts
• Build and execute account penetration strategies to generate pipeline and revenue growth
• Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to position digital transformation solutions
• Collaborate with solutioning, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop strong relationships with clients and ecosystem partners
• Stay updated on market trends in
IoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, Edge Computing, and Digital Engineering
Key Requirements:
• 10–15 years of experience in
IT Services / Consulting sales
• Strong experience selling
IoT / Digital Engineering services
(Embedded, Connected Products, Smart Manufacturing, etc)
• Demonstrated success in closing mid to large-sized deals
• Strong network with enterprise clients across industries (Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Automotive, BFS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail-CPG etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and
CXO-level engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
