Your daily doing will involve
Help establish our footprint in the U.S. market as part of a successful and fast-growing German tech company
Identify and research potential customers in the U.S. market, including relevant companies and key decision-makers
Execute multi-channel outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and schedule product demonstrations (online or in person)
Present snapAddy products and solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders
Prepare, negotiate, and close commercial proposals for snapAddy products and services
Represent snapAddy at trade shows and industry events (travel up to 30%)
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team once a contract is signed to support long-term customer satisfaction
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and support the CSO in developing effective sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously strengthen your sales expertise
Our technologies
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a SaaS Business Development Account Executive, or in a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships
Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals
Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (bonus if you’ve already worked for a CRM service provider) - and an eye for improving workflows
You have a solid understanding of how to go to market in a new region
You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn the ropes, especially at the beginning
