This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate requirements, and successful delivery of system enhancements and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and process flows
Support the delivery of product updates and system enhancements
Identify, analyze, and help resolve production issues and system defects
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Support integration efforts between Facets and other systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency
Participate in testing activities, including validation of requirements and support for UAT
Document workflows, business processes, and system interactions
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working closely with development and operations teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
