I am writing from The Womb Room, a community center in Baltimore, Maryland that supports moms and parents to face all of the challenges of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.
We offer support groups, therapists, education, doulas, yoga, and other wellness professionals to be there every step of the way!

What we're looking for:
We have been building our own website in Wix for the past 7+ years. Our entire booking system and CRM is built into it, and we really like how it all works together. We have been upgrading the design along the way as we learn more, improve content, develop templates, and add more offerings.
The site is performing really well in SEO, and it looks and works great in many ways, but some pages have gotten really outdated. It has become a bottleneck for us to build and to edit pages whenever we need to. We have a backlog of pages we want to build, and many more we would like to update.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, self motivated, and easy to collaborative with, who has an amazing eye for design, great professional communication, and solid experience in Wix.
Can you work with us to dial in and to grow our website?
Project Outline:
First we would confirm the new website template together. It will be based on elements of our most recent pages that we really like, plus your input where you might like to share it. We have refined our colors, fonts, icons, and a few more design elements that we'd love to move the site in the direction of, with your help.
Once we dial in the template, you can essentially replicate that and customize it for all of the new service pages.
We will provide useful optimized text content to include, with some SEO guidelines, and you can enter it into the page. You can adjust graphics and images to fit the offering. Update key details, handle the fine tuning, make sure it looks good on mobile, add a page title and meta description, check that links work, etc.
We are definitely welcoming of your design savvy, feedback, ideas, curiosities and expertise to recommend and to make improvements in the site along the way!
We envision a long-term trusted relationship, where you can eventually help us to update our whole website. Maybe we could work together on other elements of the site as well.

2. Overhaul 10 Old Pages
If this first phase all goes well, then we can break the next pages into projects over time.
There are 10-20+ more pages we want to build, and 30+ pages we would eventually like to update.

5. Please tell us about the depth of your technical experience with Wix. (To potentially work together on other website improvements down the road. For example, building a beautiful mega menu, using the Wix CMS with dynamic pages, updating Blog post templates, Wix forms and automations, etc.)
