Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and is available during consistent afternoon and early evening hours (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
The BCBA/LBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising ABA programs, and providing clinical oversight to behavior technicians and/or case staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide remote supervision and clinical oversight to RBTs/behavior technicians
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and state licensure requirements
• Provide caregiver training and support as needed
Required Qualifications
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Or current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in applicable state
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a BCBA/LBA in ABA services
• Experience delivering supervision and clinical oversight
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience providing telehealth ABA services
Schedule
• Services will be taking place Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (local time)
• open to weekend only availability or in addition to.
• Occasional flexibility may be required based on client needs
