Responsibilities
- Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality services
- Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans
- Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions
- Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care
Skills
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
- Commitment to supporting children and families with autism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
