Job Description:
• Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments)
• Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients
• Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters
• Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed
• Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories
• Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals
Requirements:
• Experience using Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management)
• Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients
• Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
