About the Role The Regional Sales Support role is a high-impact, phone-first role embedded within a geographic region of ACV's Inside Sales organization. You serve as a strategic extension of the Territory Manager (TM) and Vehicle Condition Inspector (VCI) field team — amplifying sell-side volume, reactivating dormant sellers, unlocking stalled inventory, and driving the kind of consistent account coverage that field teams alone cannot sustain. You will own a defined book of seller accounts, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and serve as a critical conduit between dealers, field teammates, and internal partners across Operations Support (OST), Buyer Rep, and the If-Bid team. This role rewards self-starters who are organized, data-driven, and genuinely passionate about helping dealers win on the platform.

Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is listed in the "Job Details" section at the bottom of this posting. This position is eligible for additional compensation pursuant to ACV's incentive compensation plan: the variable target of $18,000. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and performance (for incentive pay), and other factors as permitted by law.
