Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Office Clerk & Data Entry Specialist, you will be the front‑line liaison between careerzynith and the taxpayers we serve. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Customer Interaction: Answer taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, delivering clear, courteous, and accurate information in both English and Spanish.
- Account Management: Research, maintain, and update tax accounts based on information provided by taxpayers, ensuring records are current and compliant.
