Responsibilities
• Oversee content in both Ukrainian and English across a variety of platforms.
• Monitor adherence to community policies, focusing on age‑appropriateness, violence, and sensitive content.
• Escalate issues when necessary, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve content policies.
Requirements
• Strong command of Ukrainian (minimum C1 level) and English (C1 level).
• Comfortable working with sensitive and graphic materials.
• Eligibility to work in Greece via an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
• No prior experience required, but content moderation or customer support experience is a plus.
• Training starts on 7 November.
