Supporting the delivery of high-quality behavioral health care, the full-time Clinical Support Specialist will manage scheduling, patient engagement, and documentation compliance while working remotely to enhance therapist utilization and ensure a positive patient experience. Key responsibilities • Coordinate scheduling and appointment management to maximize access to care and continuity of treatment • Monitor and triage incoming patient communications, escalating clinical or safety concerns as needed • Assist with care coordination and documentation to support timely patient care and compliance with organizational standards Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field from an accredited institution • Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health, care coordination, or a related healthcare setting • Working knowledge of behavioral health conditions and patient engagement best practices • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a remote work environment
