The product automatically completes OASIS and routine visit notes in minutes through ambient voice workflows, reducing documentation time by up to 80% for clinicians working in a high-burden care environment.

Headquartered in San Francisco, the company is focused on supporting home health agencies and clinical leaders facing staffing shortages, heavy documentation requirements, and rising operational pressure in elder home care.

The Opportunity

This is a strong fit for a high-output BDR with 6 months to 2 years of experience who wants to sharpen core outbound skills in a demanding environment.
