Azure Network Architect/Remote

Job Title: Azure Network Architect Location- Remote Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Azure Network Architect to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and high-performing networking solutions in Microsoft Azure. The role involves defining cloud network architecture, ensuring security best practices, and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Azure networking solutions (VNets, subnets, routing, peering) • Architect hybrid connectivity (Site-to-Site VPN, Point-to-Site VPN, ExpressRoute) • Implement secure networking using NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, and Private Endpoints • Define network architecture standards, policies, and best practices • Optimize network performance, availability, and cost efficiency • Troubleshoot complex network issues across cloud and on-prem environments • Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams • Support cloud migration and transformation projects • Document architecture designs, diagrams, and processes • Monitor network performance using Azure tools (Network Watcher, Azure Monitor) Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 6 10 years of experience in networking, including cloud environments • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing protocols, and firewalls • Hands-on experience with Azure networking services • Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem integration • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Network Engineer Associate) • Experience with multi-cloud (AWS, GCP) • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network security frameworks • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) • Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) Key Competencies • Strong architectural and design thinking • Excellent problem-solving skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Ability to handle complex, large-scale environments • Proactive and detail-oriented approach Work Environment • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Infra) • May require on-call support for critical systems • Hybrid or on-site depending on organization Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
