Professional Liability Associate | Fully Remote (White Plains Base) – $165k + $45k
Location/Schedule: Fully Remote (White Plains office available as needed)
Base Salary: $165k
Practice: Professional Liability – Defense of attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, real estate professionals, and other service providers in high-stakes malpractice and related claims.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Defend professionals in malpractice, errors & omissions, and related liability claims.
• Manage litigation from discovery through depositions, motion practice, and trial.
• Work with experts and clients on case strategy and resolution.
• Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
• JD and active bar admission (multi-jurisdictional a plus).
• 3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience (standard insurance defense background is welcome and encouraged for this professional liability role).
