General Tort Associate | Fully Remote (New York Barred) – $225k + $25k Bonus
Location/Schedule: Fully Remote
Base Salary: Competitive market rate (plus performance bonuses)
Practice: General Tort Litigation – Premises liability, auto accidents, products liability, negligent security, and complex personal injury / tort matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
• JD and active New York bar.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client skills.
