ADs and Directors lead scientific strategy, oversee content excellence at scale, and manage teams with autonomy. </p> <p><br><br></p> <p>The Director helps sets scientific standards across accounts, leads publication and communication strategies, mentors a team of writers, and helps drives continuous improvement across workflows.
