We are looking for a commercially driven Associate Product Manager to help grow and evolve our Pressure & Force product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of industrial sensing, pricing strategy, and portfolio management, with exposure to both organic product development and acquisition-driven expansion. You'll work directly with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and translate customer needs into actionable product decisions. This is a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development into a full Product Manager. What You'll Do Own defined areas of the product portfolio • Take responsibility for specific analyses and initiatives (e.g., pricing optimization, SKU rationalization, segment-level roadmap inputs) and drive recommendations to improve growth and profitability. Identify growth opportunities • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure & Force sensing space. Support portfolio strategy and execution • Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the Pressure & Force portfolio. Drive data-informed decisions • Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes. Partner cross-functionally • Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution. Engage with customers and the field • Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction. Contribute to M&A and portfolio expansion • Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities. What You'll Learn • How to manage and grow a technical product portfolio in an industrial market • Pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial decision-making • How to evaluate new markets and acquisition opportunities • Translating customer and business needs into product requirements • Working cross-functionally to bring products to market Requirements What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • 2-3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business analysis, or similar roles (industrial or technical products preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to work with ambiguity and turn data into actionable insights • Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward learning and ownership • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) • Basic understanding of product development processes • Willingness to travel (~10-25%) Salary Description $70,000 - $100,000
