Description:
• Own SMB Ads performance across international markets by defining strategy, executing plans, solving problems, and tracking revenue goals.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to set goals, identify improvement opportunities, and build end-to-end processes that drive revenue attainment.
• Establish standardized frameworks for pricing, formats, inventory, and user experience.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with market stakeholders across shared app surfaces and competing priorities.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other technical teams to launch new features and products.
• Monitor product adoption and remove operational or technical blockers.
• Develop go-to-market playbooks and enable teams with training, product releases, sales collateral, reporting, and benchmarking.
• Lead cross-functional projects and execute plans in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Build data-driven market plans and align roadmaps and resourcing to growth targets.
Requirements:
• ~4-6 years of experience in strategy & operations, business planning, consulting, program management, or product marketing.
• Advertising experience is a plus.
• Experience standing up new initiatives and translating early traction into scalable playbooks or systems.
• Proven track record of leading projects, working cross-functionally, and delivering goals in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and build action plans without an existing playbook.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and comfort building from the ground up.
