Associate HR Business Partner

Job Description: • Support Workforce & Performance Business Partners in executing workforce initiatives and day-to-day business activities across the organization • Project and manage the execution of organizational changes, restructures, employee moves, and other workforce-related actions • Partner with Workforce & Performance Centers of Excellence to coordinate and execute processes accurately and efficiently • Create internal offer letters and support internal movement processes, including promotions, transfers, and compensation-related changes • Assist with compensation reviews, job changes, and related documentation in partnership with business leaders and compensation stakeholders • Draft and coordinate internal communications related to workforce changes, organizational updates, and business initiatives • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Workforce & Performance Operations, and Employee Relations to ensure aligned execution of workforce processes and employee matters - lead workforce pods that deliver a tailored execution to internal customers • Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and streamline business processes in partnership with HR Operations • Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging agentic capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support consistent execution across workforce processes • Support execution of workforce processes in an environment where work is increasingly performed across people, systems, and agentic capabilities • Assist with coordination and administration related to offshore workforce management and associated processes • Maintain strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee information, organizational changes, and business-sensitive matters • Support preparation of materials, analyses, and documentation used in workforce planning and leadership discussions • Leverage data to gather actionable insights and support decision-making Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • SHRM or HRCI HR certification preferred • 4+ years of proven Human Resources experience, specifically within HR Business Partner or HR Operations roles, supporting business outcomes • Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle support, HR operations, or business-facing HR activities • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong written communication skills, including drafting clear and polished internal communications • Ability to work across functions and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Analytical mindset with interest in process improvement and operational efficiency • Comfort using HR systems, Microsoft Office tools, and emerging AI-enabled and automation tools to improve work processes Benefits: • nationwide coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance • additional Voluntary Benefits • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
