Highlights
• Oversee operations, staff, budget, and strategic planning for a large university program or center.
• Provide direct advocacy and case management services addressing students' crises and barriers.
• Lead and support essential needs services including management of the Cougar Cupboard staff.
• Supervise 2-3 professional staff and serve as secondary lead in the absence of the director.
• Plan and implement programs such as cultural celebrations and advocacy education workshops.
• Manage assessment and data collection to evaluate department effectiveness.
• Create and facilitate educational workshops focused on advocacy and community-building.
• Develop relationships with community agencies, sponsors, donors, and other educational institutions.
• Requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Salary range is $65,300 to $74,300 annually.
