Role Overview If you’ve ever been curious about how music actually makes its way from an artist to global platforms — this is your front-row seat behind the scenes. As an Artist Services & Pitching Coordinator, you’ll be at the core of the release engine, making sure every track is delivered, pitched, and processed with precision. It’s a role where timing matters, details count, and smooth execution makes all the difference. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving workflows, ensuring every release lands exactly where it should — without missing a beat. Key Responsibilities: Submit and manage DSP pitching across platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music). Coordinate release workflows, timelines, and internal tracking systems. Gather and manage inputs from A&R, Marketing, and internal stakeholders. Maintain and update the Master Pitch Document accurately. Perform quality assurance checks on workflows and automation. Support artist services, campaign coordination, and reporting tasks. Handle administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing, and deliverable tracking. Requirements Required Qualifications (Must-Have): 2+ years experience in coordination, administrative, or project-based roles. Experience managing workflows, timelines, or campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in music, media, or creative industries. Familiarity with DSP platforms and release processes. Experience supporting campaigns or artist-related projects.
