Wealthy Leadership is selectively expanding its Appointment Setter team - and we're only looking for a small number of the right people. This isn't a call center role. You won't be dialing through lists or reading from a script. You'll be having real conversations with real people who are already looking for guidance on their financial future - and your job is to help them take the next step with confidence. What You'll Be Doing: • Engaging prospects through social platforms, professional communities, and personal networks • Leading thoughtful, discovery-based conversations with professionals and business owners • Understanding each person's goals, current situation, and challenges - Communicating how our services can help - simply and personally • Qualifying and scheduling appointments with our advisory team • Following up consistently and keeping your pipeline organized • Hitting your weekly activity and performance targets No cold call lists. This role runs on relationship, reputation, and referral. Compensation: • $900–$1,800/week performance-based, with no earnings cap - Strong performers scale fast - your output determines your income • Clear path to expanded roles in client engagement and leadership What We're Looking For: • Self-starters who own their results without needing hand-holding • Background in client-facing, service, or consulting roles preferred • Coachable, growth-oriented, and consistent • Strong communicators who enjoy building genuine relationships Training Provided: You'll receive structured onboarding covering outreach frameworks, qualification methods, appointment coordination, and ongoing mentorship from senior leaders.
