Appointment Setter / Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional Scheduler to support our enrollment operations team. This role is critical in driving employee engagement and participation by coordinating one-on-one benefits enrollment appointments. The Scheduler will proactively reach out to employees via phone, email, and text to assist with booking their benefits enrollment sessions, reduce no-show rates, and ensure seamless coordination with our Benefit Counselors. What success look like in this role: • High volume of calls handled daily • High scheduling conversion rate • Low no-show rate • Strong follow-up discipline (no dropped leads) • Efficient calendar utilization Requirements Experience • Preferred - Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR-related fields • Preferred - Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and enrollment processes • Preferred - Experience using Zoom Phone or similar dialing systems • Experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, or administrative roles Qualifications • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – C1 English level • Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional tone • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel Core competencies: • Friendly, professional, and persuasive communication style • High attention to detail and accountability • Ability to handle objections and re-engage employees • Strong time management and follow-through • Team-oriented mindset with proactive communication Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
