Responsibilities
• Conduct outreach by phone and online to current and prospective clients to schedule insurance consultations
• Confirm, follow up, and reschedule appointments to maintain a full agent calendar
• Engage clients warmly and professionally — answering general questions and directing them to the right team member
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment data in our CRM system
• Collaborate with licensed agents and service staff to ensure smooth client handoffs
• Support outreach campaigns for renewals, new products, and special promotions
• Meet daily and weekly appointment targets with consistency and professionalism
Requirements
• Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles
• Confident, clear communicator — comfortable on the phone and in writing
• Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to prioritize and stay on task in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping people
• No insurance license required — we'll teach you what you need to know
