Job Description: • Qualify inbound leads to ensure they are suitable for the sales process. • Reactivate leads that have shown previous interest but have not scheduled a call. • Follow up with leads who have entered data but have not scheduled or continued through the sales process. • Use phone calls and emails to ensure leads schedule discovery calls. • Maintain and update the CRM to ensure all lead information is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements: • Previous sales experience, including inbound lead qualification and follow-up calls. • Advanced proficiency in English, especially for client contact. • Prior experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage and update lead information. • Strong potential for learning and adapting to new sales techniques and systems. • Ability to handle both inbound leads and the reactivation of dormant leads.
