We have an exciting midshift opportunity available for an Application Support. Work from home or the office – you choose!    When you join Yempo, you’ll receive the following fantastic benefits:   Highly competitive salary – paid weekly!   HMO enrollment on commencement   Additional HMO dependents added each year of service   20 vacation days per year; 7 sick days   Annual performance bonuses and incentives   Annual salary reviews and increases   Free cooked rice, snacks and hot drinks   Company polo shirts provided   Fantastic, bright and cheerful open-plan work environment    Prestigious clients and highly professional and friendly co-workers       Key Responsibilities    NetSuite Administration & Support     Ensure NetSuite runs reliably and efficiently for all departments.   Troubleshoot saved searches, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions.   Maintain data accuracy and support regular data hygiene tasks.   Assist with configuration changes, testing, and small enhancements.   Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.  Shopify Support  Manage and support Shopify operations including product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and order flow into NetSuite.   Troubleshoot checkout issues, customer account problems, and app integrations.    Ensure Shopify data remains consistent with NetSuite through Celigo  Celigo Integration Management   Own the NetSuite ↔ Shopify integration via Celigo.   Monitor integration flows daily to ensure accurate syncing of orders, inventory, fulfilment, and customer data.   Diagnose and resolve sync errors, mapping issues, and flow failures.   Maintain documentation of integration behavior and exception handling.  Escalate complex issues to Celigo support when required  HubSpot Support   Support sales and marketing teams with CRM issues, permissions, and workflow logic.   Troubleshoot lead routing, form submissions, and sync behavior with NetSuite  Assist with dashboards, reports, and user configuration.  Documentation & Continuous Improvement   Maintain clear documentation for system processes, integrations, and troubleshooting steps.   Create user-friendly guides for staff.   Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and data quality.   Support the IT Manager with digital transformation initiatives.  Skills and Experience:   CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.   Workflow automation, saved searches, or basic scripting.   Familiarity with SQL or data analysis.   Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, or order-to-cash processes.  Exposure to IoT devices or connected hardware.   Experience in a manufacturing or technical product environment.      Disclaimer for salary ranges. Yempo provides an indicative range of salary that we deem relevant for the advertised role.
