Job Overview

Review drug prior authorization requests that have been denied by the insurance. If we have enough information for the appeal, we create an appeal letter from a template or write it by hand. If we need additional information (such as a missing lab), contact the doctor for the missing information.This position has one shift with hours of 9:00am - 5:30am EST with a thirty minute break.Job Objectives

Contact doctor's offices regarding missing medical information.

Create appeal letters.

Submit appeals to insurance by fax.

Requirements

• Previous experience submitting medication appeals.
• Excellent English speaker.
• Ability to write with correct English grammar.
• ​Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ()
