Analyst, Corporate Strategy

Job Description: • Provide quantitative support to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, with cost, margin & revenue data to inform actions across commercial and operations teams • Translate enterprise data into scalable models capable of supporting root cause analysis and trend identification • Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers of margin & revenue performance • Create standardized reports to support leadership decision-making • Analyze historical volume and conversion data to inform the company’s long-range plan • Support ROI analysis for ad hoc decisions across the business • Build and maintain cost models to evaluate requests and inform operational planning, capacity, and resource allocation decisions • Identify opportunities to reduce touchpoints and automate reporting • Maintain data integrity across models and develop clear, executive-ready presentations • Manage additional ad hoc operational and financial analysis as warranted Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field • 2–3 years in data analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics • Advanced Excel skills; experience building financial and forecasting models using large datasets • Capable of integrating artificial intelligence tools and agentic workflows into reporting & models • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools for executive-ready reporting • Ability to translate data into actionable insights supporting business performance and planning • Experience with ROI analysis, business cases, and long-range planning • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Benefits: • Competitive base salary plus a variable pay (bonus) program • Eligibility to participate in DIRTT’s Employee Share Purchase Plan • For in-office roles: continental breakfast, coffee, tea, soda, daily hot cafeteria lunch, and snacks • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Disability and insurance benefits, including short- and long-term disability, life insurance, dependent coverage, and voluntary options (may vary by location) • Mental health and wellbeing support, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • A thorough and supportive onboarding program designed to set you up for success
