Description
Amazon is seeking motivated and customer-obsessed individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Associates. This is a full-time remote opportunity where you will deliver world-class customer service, helping our customers with their inquiries and issues by providing accurate, timely, and professional responses.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
