We’re a laid-back but ambitious team that believes in balancing creativity, responsibility, and fun.</p> <p>We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager. You’re someone with proven Amazon expertise and leadership skills, ready to take full strategic and operational responsibility for our Amazon division.</p> <p>We want someone data-driven who is able to guide a team while keeping a strong eye on growth and performance.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <p>📈 Develop and implement Amazon strategy in alignment with senior management</p> <p>💰 Take full P&amp;L responsibility for the Amazon business unit</p> <p>🔍 Conduct market analysis and identify new growth opportunities</p> <p>👥 Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Amazon team</p> <p>🚀 Support employee development and motivation</p> <p>🎯 Define goals and manage performance across the team</p> <p>🤝 Build a results-oriented team culture</p> <p>🛒 Optimize Amazon presence including SEO, product listings, and content</p> <p>📊 Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns and budgets</p> <p>📉 Monitor KPIs such as BSR, conversion rate, and ACoS</p> <p>📦 Plan and expand product assortment within the Amazon channel</p> <p>🏷️ Develop pricing strategies and track competitor intelligence</p> <p>✨ Manage new product launches and promotions</p> <p>🧪 Conduct A/B tests on product pages and marketing initiatives</p> <p>This is a full-time role with flexible hours, reporting directly to a co-founder.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>To excel in this role, you need:</p> <p>✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Amazon Marketplace Management</p> <p>✅ At least 2 years of leadership experience</p> <p>✅ Proven track record of scaling Amazon businesses</p> <p>✅ Strong knowledge of Seller Central and Brand Registry</p> <p>✅ Expertise in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)</p> <p>✅ Experience with analytics tools and third-party Amazon software</p> <p>✅ Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs and data analysis</p> <p>Brownie points:</p> <p>⭐ German and English at negotiation level</p> <p>⭐ Additional foreign languages</p> <p>You’re analytical and make decisions based on data. You’re also a strong communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others.
