Description

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer issues
