Our teams help brands grow across today's most important digital commerce platforms by combining deep marketplace expertise with proprietary technology, including our reporting and analytics platform, Companion. As we continue to expand our marketplace practice, we are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team.
The Opportunity
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic partner and main point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of marketplace strategies that drive growth for our clients.
This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills. While you will work closely with internal specialists across advertising, content, creative, and analytics, you will be responsible for ensuring all initiatives align with client goals and are delivered effectively.
The ideal candidate has strong experience within the Amazon ecosystem and understands how the different components of marketplace success-advertising, content, catalog management, and analytics-work together to drive results.
What You'll Do
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on their Amazon strategy
Lead regular client meetings, including performance reviews, strategic discussions, and quarterly business reviews
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, strategic recommendations, and clear performance insights
Strategy & Performance Oversight
Translate client business goals into actionable strategies across Amazon
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability
Proactively audit product catalogs, content, and account structure to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities; connect cross-functional insights to ensure recommendations are clear, digestible, and actionable for clients
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on performance trends and marketplace dynamics
Stay informed on updates and best practices across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Account Growth
Coordinate closely with internal teams across Amazon Advertising, SEO/Content, Creative, and Operations to ensure successful execution of client strategies
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple accounts while ensuring work is delivered on schedule
Identify opportunities to expand services and drive incremental growth for client accounts
Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing across the Amazon team

Desired Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, or eCommerce account management
Hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central (required)
Experience managing or supporting Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP
Previous experience in a client-facing account management role, ideally within an agency or marketplace consulting environment
Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem including catalog management, retail readiness, advertising strategy, and performance analytics
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to connect the dots across catalog, content, and performance data to deliver cohesive, actionable insights
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Agency or consulting experience is strongly preferred
