About the position

The Allocation Planner at Ross Stores plays a crucial role in supporting the company's preseason and in-season allocation strategies and initiatives for assigned regions, stores, and product areas. They must be capable of drawing and communicating conclusions and recommendations effectively. Allocation Planners will work on projects and tasks that require a review of diverse factors, exercising judgment to determine appropriate actions to resolve various issues. Building productive internal and external working relationships is essential, as is developing professional knowledge and expertise in the field. The base salary range for this role is between $66,560 and $94,650, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. This range is just one component of the total compensation package for employees, which may include additional rewards based on position and location.
