Job Summary
One of our clients is a seeking an experienced Allied Healthcare Recruiter to support the sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified allied healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of allied health disciplines, including therapy, imaging, laboratory, and technical roles.
You will work closely with account managers to identify talent needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
This role requires strong familiarity with a wide range of allied healthcare titles, including but not limited to radiology technologists (MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound), cath lab technicians, respiratory therapists, clinical laboratory professionals, pharmacists, therapists, and healthcare social workers.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified allied healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or hiring teams
Maintain strong knowledge of allied healthcare roles and credentialing requirements
Verify certifications, licenses, and other pre-employment documentation as required
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Support offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified allied healthcare talent
Communicate effectively with account managers to align recruitment priorities and hiring needs
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in healthcare or allied health recruitment
Strong understanding of allied healthcare specialties, including:
Radiology Technologists (MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound)
Cath Lab Technicians
Respiratory Therapists
Clinical Laboratory Professionals
Pharmacists
Therapists (Physical, Occupational, Speech)
Healthcare Social Workers and related roles
Experience working with ATS systems
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
