Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the AIX environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AIX technology. Create and maintain documentation for AIX systems and procedures. Conduct regular audits and security checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Respond to and resolve AIX-related incidents and requests in a timely manner. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues to prevent downtime or disruptions. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues. Train and support other team members on AIX systems and processes. Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed. Continuously seek opportunities for automation and process improvement. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to AIX systems.
