We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to manage our Airbnb listings. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, coordinating check-ins, and ensuring smooth communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and property management, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Airbnb's platform and policies is essential.
Responsibilities: Respond to Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking inquiries quickly and professionally Send check-in/check-out instructions and assist guests during their stay Handle guest issues (cleaning, maintenance, hot tub, etc.) with a calm, solution-focused approach Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams Assist with calendar management and listing updates • Follow up with guests for reviews
Requirements: • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Strong communication and customer service skills Fast response time (within minutes during shift) • Experience with Airbnb or hospitality preferred • Highly organized and proactive
Hours: • Start with early evenings and one weekend day (EST time zone)
