Role Overview

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor to customers seeking to get more out of ChurnZero. You'll uncover customer challenges, show them how ChurnZero's solutions can solve them, and build a compelling case for value. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to diagnose, fit, and present a value proposition.

What You Will Do

You'll partner with Marketing and CSMs to surface high-potential accounts, lead consultative discovery, match solutions to customer pain, and build tailored proposals. You'll also package qualified opportunities for CSMs to close and channel customer insight back to Marketing and Product.

Why It Might Be a Fit
