Role Overview:
At Atos, the AI Enablement Analyst plays a key role within an agile AI Pod embedded in Organizational Change Management (OCM). This position focuses on turning AI potential into practical, everyday solutions that improve how work gets done across the organization.
You will partner with business teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities for AI (including copilots and agents), and support employees through hands-on enablement and coaching. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals eager to build a career at the intersection of business and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
Identify and define AI use cases that improve productivity and simplify work
Support the development of AI solutions such as prompts, copilots, and lightweight agents
Guide employees in effectively using AI tools in their daily work
Provide hands-on coaching and enablement to drive AI adoption
Track impact, including time savings, efficiency gains, and user experience improvements
Document and scale repeatable AI solutions across teams
Must-have Qualifications / Skills:
Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
Fluent English communication skills

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good-to-have Qualifications / Skills:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
